Genz Benz Headlines for 'Opening Act'


Another network television vocal competition, another call to Genz Benz for support. This time it's E Network's 'Opening Act' from American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe. The gimmick: A panel of music-business figures, including the country star Martina McBride and the R&B singer Jason Derulo pick an unknown artist based on Internet videos to open a concert for a big-name performer. As usual there is an audition stage, and in this case, sitting dead center is a stack of Genz Benz Uber cabs (GB-1288T-UQ cab sitting atop a GB-115T-UB) topped by a GB 750 head.
